Before you try any of these troubleshooting steps, it should be clarified that this section is for subscribers to our Fixed Wireless Internet service. If you are having trouble with a low or limited wireless connection from your computer, click on the following link: Internal Network Issues.
3. Once you have unplugged the radio, wait ten seconds and plug the power back in.
4. If you have a router, unplug the power to the router for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. If you have multiple computers hooked up to our service, a router would be what allows you to do so.
5. Try restarting your computer/s.
6. If you still cannot connect, try opening up a different program. For example, if email doesn't work, try opening up a web page, and vice versa. If you have multiple computers, see if it is just the one, ore all the computers that are having trouble connecting. When you give us a call, it is important to let us know if you have isolated the problem, to a computer, or particular program.
