Before you try any of these troubleshooting steps, it should be clarified that this section is for subscribers to our Fixed Wireless Internet service. If you are having trouble with a low or limited wireless connection from your computer, click on the following link: Internal Network Issues.

Green Light on POEIf you are unable to connect to the Internet, try the following.

 1. Ensure that the radio equipment outside on your home or business has power by verifying the “Green Light” is illuminated on you power supply adapter. If the green light is illuminated move to step #2. If not, check the power source the adapter is plugged into. If power is present contact support.

2. Unplug the power to the radio. This is the Antenna on the outside of your building. Where it gets wired into your house, unplug the cable that plugs into the “To Antenna” connector, or just unplug the power adapter from the outlet and plug back in. See photo for which cable you should be unplugging:

3. Once you have unplugged the radio, wait ten seconds and plug the power back in.

4. If you have a router, unplug the power to the router for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. If you have multiple computers hooked up to our service, a router would be what allows you to do so.

5. Try restarting your computer/s.

6. If you still cannot connect, try opening up a different program. For example, if email doesn't work, try opening up a web page, and vice versa. If you have multiple computers, see if it is just the one, ore all the computers that are having trouble connecting. When you give us a call, it is important to let us know if you have isolated the problem, to a computer, or particular program.

If the computer still has a complete lack of connectivity, you might want to check out the Internal Network Connection issues. This gives you valuable information on the state of your connection, and might give you some helpful hints as to what’s going on. You can click on the link for more information.
